I had it done casually in a provincial area 3 mm silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip For 7 years, I lived very satisfied with it I thought it was so pretty and natural But gradually I started feeling like the nasal tip cartilage was showing through Now it feels like the nasal tip cartilage shows through a bit more, and once in a while I feel a very slight pulling sensation in the nasal tip and nasal bridge I decided to take it out before contracture happens During removal consultations, the consultation managers recommend revision surgery, saying I’ll have a hard time because of the sense of loss But I absolutely won’t do revision surgery as I get older, surgery is scary
