I was always worried about my bulbous nose, so I decided I should get nose surgery and went for a consultation. Rather than looking into several places all at once, I went with the thought that I would try consultations whenever I saw reviews that seemed decent. I was looking at it as a long-term plan rather than getting nose surgery right away. I wanted to do it properly if I was going to do it once...!
