I went after getting a recommendation for a place that is good at under-eye fat removal. It's near Garosu-gil, and because it is 100% appointment-only, I was able to have a private consultation~ Since I went with an appointment, there was almost no waiting haha It is definitely not a factory-style hospital, and the director examines you very carefully. I definitely recommend booking in advance. For under-eye fat removal, they seem to perform the surgery while preserving even the aegyo-sal well. There are many cases where it ends up looking unnatural, but the reviews here all seem natural and show a good before-and-after difference.
