The director is a Mentor Key Doctor and is really meticulous. Using materials he made himself, he explained pre- and postoperative care, the anesthesia system, surgical methods, the reasons for choosing those surgical methods, etc. in such a detailed and kind way that I had no additional questions. It was just like a great lecture^^
There is a little pressure to pay a deposit, but they do explain whether it is refundable.
