It's such a famous place for facial liposuction that I decided to have surgery there. For the buccal fat, they said it could make the face look too hollow, so they only recommended the jawline fat. The result wasn't dramatic, but it changed in a subtle way and I was satisfied. It's been a while since I had the surgery, so I'm not sure if the cost is accurate!
