Review of Excel V laser for facial redness

First of all, I have fairly severe facial flushing, and I was in a state where redness after breakouts remained here and there. Overall my skin is okay, but every winter my face turns like a roasted sweet potato, so while looking for a laser that could reduce redness, I ended up getting Excel V. Usually each clinic charges different prices depending on whether it is 2 wavelengths or 3 wavelengths, but I received all 3 wavelengths and had a total of 5 sessions. There was an event at the time, so I had it done for 560,000 won, and I got the laser once every 2 weeks, so it took about two months in total. At first, it is hard to tell whether anything is changing, but after about the 3rd session, the redness caused by acne seems to be almost removed. After completing all 5 sessions, the flushing is reduced by about 50% compared with before. Because this laser removes things like tiny capillaries inside the skin, if you take good care of your skin afterward, redness decreases a lot.

My skin is naturally very thin, so when I’m exposed to UV rays, even after just 10 minutes my cheeks turn red. It doesn’t help with that kind of issue, but the redness of my face in winter improved enough. My satisfaction is over 80%, and among similar treatments there is also Vbeam, but I understand that one is probably more expensive, so I chose Excel V. Personally, even if your redness is somewhat severe, if you do not have rosacea, I think around 5 sessions is enough without needing too many treatments!
