I went for a consultation because I was concerned about the cheek fat next to my nose, and the manager said this couldn’t be fixed with liposuction or lifting, and that I would need a paranasal augmentation or nasolabial fold filler. But they said they don’t have surgery or procedures here that can augment the hollowing next to the nose, so it would be better to go to another clinic. Thinking about it, they could have pressured me into other procedures or surgeries, but it felt like a consultation that genuinely considered the patient’s face, so I was touched.
