I naturally have upturned mouth corners, so the clinic told me there was no need to go out of my way to have surgery. I also got a consultation for philtrum reduction, but they said my philtrum wasn’t long enough to justify surgery, and since I have a triangular upper lip, if I wanted to do it I’d also need lateral correction... The consultation made it sound like it would become a major operation than expected. So they said just fillers would probably be fine. I was recommended fillers and Botox. The price was pretty brutal, but the result is good.. The cost burden is a bit much.
