5 years ago, I had lower-body liposuction at a famous hospital in Seoul, and the result was not good. I developed contracture in my thighs, with many areas becoming hard, and even now, 5 years later, I still have scars along the panty line and under my buttocks, so I really can’t wear a bikini.. I think one of the medications they prescribed at the time was an appetite suppressant, but it was so incompatible with me that after taking it for about two days, I threw up badly and ended up going to the emergency room. Because of that, even the plastic surgery clinic told me not to take the medication, so I didn’t. At that time, my diet was just what I normally ate. I did like snacks, but I ate about one piece of bread a day, and I don’t eat much, so there were times I only ate breakfast and dinner, or only dinner. But my legs really didn’t slim down dramatically. In fact, there was no change. They said it was because I ate a lot, but at that time I had the flu too and was very sick, so if anything I could barely eat; I definitely couldn’t eat more. It’s not like my activity level was low either. In the end, I got absolutely no effect from liposuction and only paid money to get thigh contracture and scars ㅠ After that, I was consumed by anger and eventually lost weight through diet and exercise. But my legs really only started slimming down at the very end, around when even my breasts had dried up and disappeared ㅅ.. Still, whenever I didn’t want to exercise, I endured by thinking about the huge amount of money I had wasted, so maybe that’s why I succeeded. Now, because I was so influenced by that experience, I changed my career to the exercise field. I’m not saying people shouldn’t get liposuction, but it is definitely not a surgery I want to recommend. After studying the body, I regret it even more. Of course, there may be people who are desperate, but if you are considering liposuction impulsively because you got fixated on it, I recommend diet and PT more than liposuction. I’d rather use that money to get something else done..ㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
