First of all, the director is kind and fairly confident, and the staff are all rather blunt and unfriendly except for one person... Even if you visit at your scheduled time, you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour every time. Honestly, the cost was way too expensive, but if you're worried about scars, it might be worth getting a consultation at least once.
