From the moment I applied for the consultation appointment, and even when they asked if there was a director I wanted to see when I visited, I should have realized it, but I didn’t know and said there wasn’t one. I ended up consulting with a doctor who wasn’t the chief director and whose name doesn’t come up anywhere in searches. As soon as I went in, instead of asking what line I wanted, they measured the angle first and then set a line that suited my face? or that they were confident in. But it felt professional, and the explanation was very detailed. They also distinguished between necessary and unnecessary surgeries while explaining, and the consultation was conducted somewhat kindly.
