It was clean and they were very kind. After the procedure, they even walked me to the elevator. I hadn’t chosen a specific doctor for the procedure before going, but the doctor was kind and nice! We kept talking back and forth during the procedure, so I felt less nervous. It was my first time getting Botox, but I don’t think I saw much of a major effect compared with what I expected, so that was disappointing.
