There is a bit of waiting time. There are often times when no one is at the counter. I went in and had a consultation, and the conclusion was that I should not get surgery. They said especially that cheekbone surgery would not be effective and that my lower face is also weak. They told me to just live as I am, while explaining from medical and aesthetic perspectives, but honestly I think it would be better if they only explained exactly what is worth doing. They even talked about unrelated, unnecessary things, so I think the consultation alone took over an hour.
