I first had a consultation with the consultant, and she was very kind and did the consultation well. She also seemed professional, and I was surprised that even after the consultation, she contacted me separately and told me to ask if I had any questions. The consultation with the director was also professional; he explained well what would be good for my eyes, what would be good and bad if I did it in the direction I wanted, and whether it was possible. He wasn’t extremely friendly, but it felt like he was friendly exactly as much as needed?
