After the director came to work, he drew the preoperative markings on my breasts.
When I entered the operating room, I thought it would be very cold and scary, but the female anesthesiologist who was waiting played something like quiet classical music, covered me with a blanket because I was cold, and was very kind!
They also explained the surgical plan, and while I was lying down listening to the explanation, they said, “Take one breath through something like an oxygen mask, and then we’ll start anesthesia~,” so I just fell asleep(To be honest, I didn’t properly see whether the director came in or not because I was so sleepy..)
In a really critical situation, I woke up from the surgery like that.
I knew I had chronically low blood pressure, and even before surgery I was severely underweight at 158 cm/36 kg, and my condition was terrible...
My mom said that when she saw me come out with an oxygen mask on next to her, she just prayed that I would stay alive.
The shape improvement was 10/10 satisfying, but the size is not even an A cup after surgery. I found this out after a later consultation with the director, but because I was extremely skinny, had the accompanying low-blood-pressure incident, and my skin was tough and would not stretch, the maximum size they could put in was Motiva Demi 265 and Mini 205. The hospital system was truly close to perfect, and I really, really liked the breast shape.
It was so pretty in a way that really didn’t look obvious!
What I want to say here seems to be exactly two things.
First, for people who are as severely thin as I am... no matter how much you want to put in a large size, your breast pocket will be small from the start and your skin probably won’t stretch, so most of you likely won’t be able to be 100% satisfied with the surgical result. I especially wanted to increase the size... The shape is really to my liking, but even with swelling right now, the size is not even an A cup. It’s sad that I still have a flat chest, but after consulting with the director, I plan to gain weight, meet him again, and if the breast pocket has expanded after 6 months, I’m thinking of revision surgery. If you are very thin, please gain some weight to a certain extent...
And the second thing I want to say is that it hurts more than you think. There are many reviews saying they got lucky with no pain, or that painkillers take care of it, but I realized after surgery that it really wasn’t like that. Because it’s surgery, it can’t help but hurt, and I know people with body types similar to mine probably felt the same.
First of all, for the 3 days of compression bandaging after surgery, you need to be prepared for raw pain when you go into surgery. It was a really difficult surgical process, but I’m going to try to stay calm and slowly wait 6 months for revision surgery.
