As soon as I went in, I wrote down basic information and took 3D simulation photos. As other reviews say, I think this hospital should stop taking 3D photos. They come out looking very strange.
The consultant was very kind and really good. And she talked a lot about plastic surgery and the industry, so it felt trustworthy. She was the best consultant I’ve met.
As for the director, I went to 8 consultations, and he looked at my face the longest. He definitely has confidence. But the facilities seemed a bit old, and they said sleep anesthesia is not available, so I did feel a little uneasy. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and only when I said I wanted to book did they mention it. I received a definite answer that if I cancel up to 3 days before surgery, I get a 100% full refund.
But in the end, I paid the deposit and set the surgery date. I’m going to try trusting this hospital.
