Even though the director came after finishing surgery, they explained things kindly, and for aftercare over 1 year, including dressing changes, scar injections, laser treatment, sebum care, etc., I felt they tended to take good care of patients! However, there was a bit of pressure from the consultant to make a reservation, and by my standards, they seemed to prefer more dramatic lines!
