As is well known, the director has his own philosophy, and if something seems to go against it, he will say so. Rather than explaining the lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery itself, he just complained about other procedures and surgeries related to his philosophy, and only praised the before-and-after photos by saying they looked pretty.
