This is where I got my first nose surgery. 13 years ago I had Gore-Tex + ear cartilage for the tip + AlloDerm done there, and it was cheaper than other plastic surgery clinics. I do think I should have looked into it more carefully.. At the time Gore-Tex was a popular material, but as you know it also gets absorbed by the skin quite well... I should have been alert when I was told they would place it high at first and then, once some of it was absorbed later, it would look more natural... Now the bridge has sunk down so much that it has become too curved I'm looking into it again. But for 13 years I had no side effects at all, and there were absolutely no functional problems with my nose. ^^ In a way, if I think about those years, the bridge has become lower, but I'm satisfied.
