I felt a bit disappointed because the consultation with the manager lasted longer than the consultation with the director. Since breast surgery is something that depends a lot on personal satisfaction and can be a pretty big operation, I would have liked to hear a longer explanation. To be honest, it didn't really feel like the explanation was sufficient until I started asking questions myself. I honestly liked the review, so if I get a chance later, I want to have a more relaxed consultation, but I don't know if that will happen...
