I’m 3 weeks post-op from Byul Plastic Surgery~ I think it turned out well, so I’m posting it! I had functional nasal surgery for rhinitis and sinusitis + cosmetic rhinoplasty done at the same time, and I wanted a natural look. As the swelling went down, it became even more natural! I think it turned out well! As the swelling continues to go down, it’ll become even more natural and prettier, right? I think I’ll need to wait a bit longer Before surgery, I had a large nose with a hump and a droopy shape, but seeing my nose smaller than before makes me so happy. I should’ve done it earlier; I don’t know why I only did it now!! I also feel like my sinusitis is gradually improving! Breathing feels a bit easier~ Since it was done without an implant, I was told in advance that there’s a possibility the nasal bridge could become a little uneven, so I think I’ll watch it as the swelling goes down~
