The consultation fee is on the expensive side. I hadn't even decided on surgery, but they took photos here and there. I arrived before my appointment time, but still waited for over an hour before going into the consultation. Maybe it was getting close to lunchtime or something, but it was unpleasant that they kept treating me half-heartedly, as if they wanted to rush through the consultation and finish it. The doctor was unfriendly, barely listened to what the patient said, and when I tried to ask questions, cut me off and only talked about himself. Maybe something about me wasn't to his liking, because he kept making sarcastic comments about what I said, and the consultation manager was also perfunctory. I watched YouTube and expected this clinic the most because I thought they would take good care of me, be meticulous, and listen to the patient's requests, but I was completely disappointed.
