I had planned to do buried sutures, but I heard the director mainly recommends incisional surgery, so I went in for a light consultation, and they explained in detail why it should be incisional surgery (they keep saying things like, why is that? what do you think the problem is? but just say you don't know). The director was kind and said they don't do lower outer canthoplasty. The director consulted with me right away, and then I met with the manager after that. There didn't seem to be any ill intent, but it could feel unfriendly. Still, I liked the director and the review photos were neat, so I'm planning to go back for a second consultation.
