The consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager. I liked that they did not seem to recommend unnecessary surgery. The consultation was not long, and they explained the surgical method and materials, then used a question-and-answer style if I had anything I wanted to ask. They seemed confident, so it felt like I could trust them with it. The manager also did not pressure me to book on the same day. It was a clinic I liked, but I am deliberating because I would probably need to use donated rib cartilage. The price is on the higher side for a first surgery!
