Because I had PTSD from large hospitals, I mainly looked for private clinics, and after doing my arms, I went on to do my thighs too. The lines are definitely cleaned up, and the size reduction was enough that I had to buy new pants. Since they proceeded while taking skin elasticity into account, personally I didn't have sagging or any other side effects. The price range is higher than other clinics, but it's worth that much, and the consultation alone took over an hour and was detailed, so it became an opportunity to learn in detail what the inside of my body was like and how much fat or muscle mass I had. Also, what I liked most was that the consultant did not pressure me to pay a deposit just to push me into surgery. (Thinking about the places that really pressured me to set a surgery date right away when I was clinic-hopping for double eyelid surgery still makes me furious;;)
