I had my revision surgery done with natural adhesion too hahaha I only wanted to fix the loosened double eyelid line and ptosis correction! Thankfully, the director said it was possible with natural adhesion too, and recommended that setting the double eyelid line higher than now would also look pretty, so I trusted the line the director designed exactly as it was and had the surgery, and I'm so, so satisfied hahaha I didn't have canthoplasty, so my eye size isn't that different from before surgery, but maybe because of the ptosis correction or because of the double eyelid line, they feel bigger, and overall I really like it hahaha I hope it doesn't loosen now and just stays like this
