It was definitely better than my previous nose, and I liked that the doctor's aesthetic goals matched mine. My nostrils were small but my nose was fleshy, so if I had done a standard alar reduction it would have ruined my nose. It would have ended up looking like a power outlet. There is some scarring left, but I loved the shape so much.
