In all my life, this is the first time I’ve seen a director this unfriendly. I went in with high expectations because people said they were good, but when I asked the same question twice, they said they were busy and said they would give up, so I told them to give up and left. Even if they’re good, the consultation was so bad that I no longer wanted to have surgery there and completely lost interest. I thought, the patient isn’t a specialist, so shouldn’t it be possible to ask a question twice?
