After consulting with the consultant and deciding on the procedure, the system is that you see the doctor afterward, so that was a little disappointing, but I went because I heard the doctor has good hands. My friend got filler there, and there was no bruising; the doctor identified the areas lacking in the face and made it look pretty. Seems to have excellent aesthetic sense.
