I asked them to assign any director, made an appointment, and went in planning to proceed with same-day surgery right after the consultation. But as soon as the director saw my face, they said there was no fat in my double chin area itself. When I said I wanted liposuction because I disliked how one side bulged out, they said that was not double-chin fat but the salivary gland, and that there was nothing to operate on. Still, I said I wanted to do it, so we proceeded. There wasn't much of a difference, but I liked that the director was honest, and I was satisfied.
