I had a consultation directly with the director without a prior consultation with the consultant, and they kindly spoke to me while empathizing with the parts I was concerned about. My concern is that my upper eyelids are bulging and my double eyelids are deep, and they said their hospital has a method that produces 70% of the effect of a forehead lift, and that if I did it, the bulging of my upper eyelids would improve a lot. It was something I hadn’t heard at other hospitals, so when I asked what kind of method it was, they only said it involved releasing deep fixation, but that the method is complicated so other hospitals usually cannot do it well. That made me lose trust. The price was also on the expensive side, and although the consultant was kind, I did not feel confident, so I did not book surgery.
