I got it once in 2021 and had a retouch in 2023, and the eyebrow tattooing was done not by a doctor but by another staff member. Both of them did a good job, and the procedure went well, but I think the results may vary depending on which staff member does it. Still, the consultation was kind, and the procedure turned out natural and pretty, so I’m satisfied.
