I went for a consultation for under-eye concerns, and the director was kind and explained everything in detail. During the consultation, I could sense professionalism and confidence. It was even better because they explained while showing patients' before-and-after photos. I still have consultations left at other places, so I'm still thinking about whether to have the surgery.
