For double eyelid buried-suture surgery, they really do create a very natural-looking line. However, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery here three times, and all three times it came undone. When it comes undone, you might expect them to recommend an incisional method, but it seems like they absolutely do not do incisions. The line was natural, pretty, and satisfying, but since it came undone When I kept asking the staff why it kept loosening, they blamed the patient's eyes haha
