The consultant, staff, and director were all very kind. They explained in detail why my first rhinoplasty failed and how it should be corrected, and the consultation was extremely thorough. Most of all, I liked that they seemed to look not only at the nose but also at the overall harmony of the face during the consultation. I also liked that they separately organized and sent me the consultation details.
