It's been 10 years since I had eye surgery here... Recently one side came undone so I had a revision, but at this point I think it lasted a long time (probably buried sutures, not partial incision). But the operating room was too... factory-like, and from the next room I could hear the sounds of other surgeries, and all throughout the surgery the nurses were chatting. At the end, they said a different doctor would only do the finishing touches, which was a bit scary Still, the line itself came out well. But it took almost a year for the swelling to go down, and I was stressed the whole time. Maybe that's why it held up for so long.
