I've gone to many consultations so far, but the consultation manager was extremely rude, and the other staff besides the manager seemed so unprofessional that I couldn't tell how they were even doing their jobs, and they didn't seem like people in a service role at all. Maybe because it's a large hospital and there were so many people? The doctor approached me with professional knowledge, so my trust increased, but the consultation itself was very short and they clearly seemed annoyed. I wondered whether this was really a consultation I was paying for:)
