I had posterior canthoplasty last May, so it’s been about 9 months now. I think the eye shape has fully settled now. Everyone says the best thing about posterior canthoplasty is that you become prettier naturally, and after having the surgery, I understood what they meant. If I don’t tell people I had surgery, even close friends don’t know I had it and just say I became prettier. If you want your eyes to become bigger naturally, it might be okay to consider posterior canthoplasty?
