There is an additional fee if you designate the head director. I went after getting information from someone on a blog who paid for it themselves and had good results. The female head director seems to be good at thread lifting. But since the longevity is thread-based, it seems a bit lacking, so I’m currently thinking about the procedure. If I do it, I think I’ll do it here.
