Before <before surgery> After <after surgery front view><side view> This is my review one month after nose surgery. I found out about Apgujeong ㅇㅈ through an acquaintance’s introduction and set the surgery date on the day I had the consultation. I wanted most of the swelling to be gone before Lunar New Year, so I had the consultation and then had surgery right away one week later. They told me they used ear cartilage for the glabella area and nasal tip, and inserted 4 mm silicone into the nasal bridge. After surgery, before removing the splint, breathing was uncomfortable and I was scared of side effects and things like that, but from the time the splint was removed, I think I spent each day enjoying watching the swelling go down. The hospital also seemed to provide good aftercare, including splint removal, stitch removal, swelling laser, and so on. The director and nurses looked after me kindly, so I felt comfortable haha Of course, compared to right after surgery, a lot of the swelling has gone down, so now the nose shape feels like my own nose, but when I look at the before-surgery photos, I can clearly see the difference. The nasal alae still have some swelling, so from the side they look a little raised, so I’m going to watch them a bit longer. The nasal bridge and glabella area have now settled and a lot of the swelling has gone down, so it’s fascinating that shadows appear as if contouring was added haha Right before surgery, I showed the director a photo saying I hoped my nose would turn out like this, and I think it would be good to bring several photos when you go for a consultation. More than anything, what I like is that after surgery, when I meet acquaintances, unless I tell them, they don’t know I had surgery. I think it turned out really natural! Before surgery, I also imagined all sorts of noses, but I think the best and most direct thing is to go to the hospital and receive a consultation!
