Visited after booking a phone consultation. The hospital size and facilities didn’t look very up to date. I had a consultation with the coordinator first, then with the doctor. The coordinator was kind during the consultation, then I moved to the doctor’s office for the doctor consultation. The doctor was very calm and gave a detailed consultation. He used tools to measure length and to set the line while consulting. He answered every question in detail and explained everything calmly without seeming annoyed. The consultation was so calm and meticulous that I felt he would probably be that careful during surgery too, which made this the hospital I felt best about among the ones I consulted. After the doctor consultation, I spoke with the coordinator again. They explained the estimate, adjusted the date, and I made a reservation. Deposit was 100,000 won. If you cancel up to 3 days before surgery, 90% is refunded.
