I had double eyelid surgery here about 15 years ago.. I don't think it's a hospital specializing in eyes, but they did it very naturally and well. I don't know if the current director is the same person who did it for me back then, but at the time, it had a reputation for doing natural-looking results, so I think that's why I chose it.
