In the end, I had surgery three times. At first, I had 280 put in, but it was too big. When I wanted revision surgery by going down two sizes, the doctor said it would look unattractive, so I went down one size.. but there wasn’t much difference. I’m an older woman, unlike young ladies who want them filled to bursting, so I prefer a natural look..
Eventually, I exchanged them for 150 at another hospital and am satisfied with my current size. For young ladies, making them too big.. the downsides will show up later more than you expect.
