Not exactly on the friendly side. Still, if you ask questions, they do explain, but they turn it around and ask counter-questions. It feels like consulting with a professor. The facilities also look a bit aged, as much as their experience. Instead, the price is quite steep. The consultation manager is good at empathizing, but does not feel very professional.
