My cheekbones were big, so I went to consultations at places that could really shave them down well and that I narrowed down to bone shapes I liked. My chin was severe too, but the cheekbones were worse, so I chose someone who was good at cheekbones and also good at chins. This was my last consultation at a hospital. Even after cutting, whether the continuity of the zygomatic bone is maintained, whether the posterior malar incision area is left appropriately so it can catch, whether the front cheekbone incision area is neat, whether the fixation is done well, whether the gaps are small, whether the square jaw bone is shaved neatly, and (since my chin front isn't that big) whether the side jaw is reduced well and pulled off in a curved style...
