First of all, when the consultation started, the very first thing I said was that I would never get a lift, even if I died. But the consultant and the director talked nonstop only about lifting for the entire 1-hour consultation. I did not hear a single word about the side effects or risks of lifting.
When I asked, even if I get a lift, won’t the skin sag and come down again over time, I was told, “Then why live life if you’re going to die anyway?”
And maybe it’s just because I don’t know much, but it was my first time hearing someone recommend a cat-like nose to a man.
I felt like if I did it here, I would end up looking like a plastic-surgery monster.
Putting kindness aside, this place felt manic.
