It was my first surgery, and during consultations at other hospitals, there was a lot of talk about osteotomy and nostril reduction, but only here they confidently said they could make the shape I wanted with just silicone and ear cartilage, so I decided on them. (Looking at a Naver cafe, this doctor quotes surgery for every patient as nasal bridge 2 mm + ear cartilage.)
As for the result, my nose went from not being a bulbous nose to becoming one. Even then, I was scared of having another nose surgery, so I had no thoughts of revision surgery, but within less than a year, the silicone bent into a C shape and poked the inside of my nose, so I kept getting nosebleeds. I went to the hospital, and they said the silicone had indeed bent and that they would inject filler to improve the shape; Since they were saying something absurd that would not even solve the cause, I got revision surgery at another hospital. I heard they are now at a hospital in Seoul... Seriously be careful ;;;;;;
