Maybe because the day I went was a weekday, there wasn’t much waiting, and it felt like the responses were handled efficiently. It didn’t feel extremely kind, but just enough to do what was needed. Personally, the consultation with the director was very good. They checked that my body and face were asymmetrical overall, explained how functional improvement would be achieved, and checked what kind of nose style I wanted while showing before-and-after photos of their own patients.
