There wasn’t much waiting time, and both the director and consultant were kind. The consultant didn’t interfere too much with opinions about the surgery, and I liked that the director explained the CT scan and the surgery. They didn’t seem to recommend excessive surgery, so I’m considering it. I also felt like they would take good care of me even if I needed after-service later.
