I looked into paranasal augmentation a lot, and this was the place where the before-and-after photos showed a clear difference and looked pretty. At other hospitals, they insert it just enough to fill in the sunken area, but here they add a little more than that to make the facial contour look pretty. Because of that, it can look awkward at first. After 6 months, it really gets much better. If you put in something small, once the swelling goes down, you may regret it a little after 6 months.. 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, and 6 months are all different. For me, by 7 months it had all settled down, so I was taken aback. The reason I regret it is that I changed mine from 8 to 6 mm and now I regret it lol...
